CHED-D: How to complete
As you are aware a CHED-D (Common Health Entry Document) has to be created on TRACES-NT (TNT) at least one working day before the expected arrival of any consignment of ‘high risk food and feed of non-animal origin’ – see our website notification here. Guidance notes on how to complete the CHED-D can be found here. These notes are based on the following documents which provide more detailed information should you need to refer to these:- CHED-D user manual, produced by the European Commission
- TNT training for forwarding agents - detailed notes produced by us in December 2019
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715, Annex II
